Who are we? is the oldest polish online skateshop (formerly: In 2004 we decided to start shipping our goods to whole European Union territory. As the number of our staisfied customers constantly increases all over the Europe - we do everything possible to provide higher and higher number of items available at our shop.

Personal Data

All collected data (name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail, IP, cookies) are used in order to execute orders and activities related to this process - providing address data to a company delivering a package. Providing personal data by the client is voluntary, however, without delivery address we can't send a ordered goods. To persons who voluntarily agreed to the processing of data for marketing purposes we will send a email newsletter. Each user of our store has the opportunity to view their personal data, edit them, delete or cancel their consent. To do this, simply log in to your account (applies to registered clients). Other customers are asked to send us an e-mail. The data will be stored on Hetzner Online GmbH's servers. The data entrustment agreement was signed on 16/03/2018. We ensure that data related to the payment process, i.e. credit card numbers and details and access codes to online bank accounts, are not recorded or processed by us. To protect confidential data, transactions made through an external online payment system are encrypted. Please also read the information about cookies .

My Account

How do I create an account? Before placing an order, you will need to create an account with a login name and password that will have your address and contact information stored in it. To create an account, just click the "login" link at the top of the main page and fill out all required information. Creating and using just one customer account will allow you to view your entire order history, and will help us to serve you better.

How do I edit my account?
To edit your account information, you must be logged in to your account. Once you have logged in, at the top of the main page in "my account" section you can edit all your data.

I forgot my login name or password.
If you dont remember your password please use pass recovery. If you remember your login name but it is not allowing you to log in, you may be entering it with incorrect capitalization. Make sure you enter it exactly as it was when you selected and that you are entering the correct password. You can use your email instead of login. If it is still not working, please mail us at

Shipping and payment

What payment methods are accepted?
Our shop accepts Paypal and major credit cards: Visa and Master Card.
Transactions are provided for us by, well-known polish payment provider. All the credit card data you enter is available only to this payment provider, which is constantly tested against any security leaks and certified by Visa and MasterCard.
Payment may be made also by PayPal. PayPal is the secure, international payment service provider.
When you send funds, your credit card info is kept secure within the payment processor company. If you prefer standard bank transfer please email us and we will provide you all banking details. We will send ordered items after payment has been successfully received.
If your order is made and you have any problems with payment... Don't worry. Order will wait up to 10 days. If you need more time please contact us.
We do not accept cash on delivery, sorry.

When my credit card will be charged?
We do not actually charge your credit card until parcel is ready. You may see an authorization for the amount of your order on your card. This can appear like a charge but is actually just your financial institution holding those funds for us until we send the order. If the order is not charged and shipped, the authorization is automatically dropped after a couple of business days. If the authorization on your account has not dropped after 3-5 business days, please contact your financial institution to see how you can have the authorization removed. We are happy to assist you in removing any authorizations if your bank requires us to do so.

What means "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode"? supports Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard® SecureCodeTM, which are security technologies that authenticate your Visa or MasterCard and ensure that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order. If you are signed up with VbV or MasterCard® SecureCodeTM , then your password is required by the bank that issued your card. does not require you to sign up, but when we request authorization from your bank, they may require you to do so.

These technologies give you reassurance that only you can use your Visa or Master card online. This password is entered at Visa or MC's website and kept by them for use on the growing number of websites that support Verified by Visa and SecureCodeTM.

How much is my shipping?
All international orders are shipped using trackable and fast UPS Standard option.

When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders are usually dispatched on the next day after getting credit card authorization. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Then you"ll be able to check out a UPS tracking number in "your account" settings. Most packages are delivered in 3 to 7 days and a tracking number will be provided tracing your package every step of the way.


What is a wishlist?
You can add any item found in our store to the wishlist. This allows you to quickly find your dream product and quickly place an order or to share your wishlist with friends.

Can I share my wishlist?
Yes, you can see URL address of your public wishlist while editing it. Check it here.

Return policy

How do I return my product?
You may return bought merchandise within 14 days of the date the package arrived to you. Just send it back with received papers. No any other actions required. We will charge back money in 14 days. Please mind that you will pay return costs.

How do I exchange a product?
If you wish to exchange the product you received to a different product, we will gladly do it.
Please send unwanted item back to us (follow the info above) and place, a new order via our site. If item is in same price there is no need to pay. It was already done with previous order. Just put word "exchange" in notes and don"t fill payment forms.

Promo Points

How Promo Points works?
Buy any not discounted product and you will get promo points. We will add them to your account automatically. You can exchange them for a discount in next order. Promo point can be spend on any selected product. You decide what and when should be cheaper.

- Spend 100pln and 100 points will be added to your account.

- You can exchange them in future - 100points = 5pln discount.

- Amount of points can be checked in "my account" - after login.

- System will add points to your account in 28 days.

- Points for orders and points scored on the portal sum up.

- We don"t cash back promo points when you return ordered goods.

- The payment for goods with promo points do not charge the additional promo points for the current order. They will be re-calculated with the next order.

- Goods purchased with the promotional points are exchanged and complaint on the same principles as the goods purchased for cash.

- only 1/2 of order value can be pay with promo points

- Promo points are not charged when you purchase goods already discounted in accordance with the principle that promotions do not combine.

- Promo points are counted for orders submitted from 4 november 2006, that is, from the beginning of our promo campaign. Orders given before this date do not charge promo points.
